The Crescent Players is a student-run production organization that co-presents shows with the Theatre Department, as well as producing its own events and workshops at the Lyman Center and elsewhere on campus. We are the longest-running club/organization on campus. We aspire to encourage creative and theatrical works.

The Crescent Players records collection (1953-2023; 3 cubic feet) documents the growth, plays, set design, history, and community outreach of the student-run organization. Types of materials include: advertisements, articles, correspondence, digital documents, negatives, newspaper clippings, photographs, play bills, posters, prompt books, and objects.
